How to make VPN work on Amazon VPS?

I'm trying to run a VPN on a VPS (Win Server 2008, Win Server 2012 R2).
As soon as the VPN connection is established, the RDP picture immediately becomes dead and the connection is disconnected. Programs that are on the VPS also lose connection with the network. Please tell me how to solve the problem.
