How to make VPN client network access from VPN server?

- There are services within the network on different ip 192.168.99.*
- There is a computer on the local network with WIN7 192.168.99.150 and access to it via TeamViewer
- a router on the Internet 192.168.99.1
- An external server on the Internet with WIN 2008
It is necessary from the server that is located on the Internet to access internal resources.
There is no way to set up port forwarding on the router.
Is it possible to set up a standard connection or an OpenVPN connection so that when the computer starts, the connection to the server is raised and the server gets access to internal resources

The server must know about the network behind the client. There is a directive for this route подсеть маскаand a directive iroute подсеть маскаin the config for the client in the directory from the directive client-config-dir.
The client also needs to know about the network behind the server. To do this, he needs to send a route using the command push "route подсеть маска"
And all this is in the documentation.
