How to make VirtualBox work with x64 guest systems?

Windows 8.1 x64 Enterprise
Intel Core i3 4160 processor
according to
ark.intel.com/products/77488/Intel-Core-i3-4160-Pr...
supports virtualization:
Virtual Machine Extensions (Vanderpool)
Virtual Mode Extension
but does not support some - Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I / O (VT-d) ‡
BIOS with uefi , there is nothing at all from the settings except memory testing and disk testing (or I don’t know how to enter the settings ?? )
when creating a virtual machine, it only gives options for 32 bit systems? why???
how to make it work with x64?

No access to hardware virtualization.
If it is enabled and the problem persists, check if there is another hypervisor running.

VirtualBox works great with x64 guests, and even on a 32-bit host.
You'll figure out which images you're going to install as a virtual machine...you can get it from here: VirtualBox (resources and features) .
