How to make view go beyond dialogfragment?

I have a picture in picture, I need it to go beyond the dialogfragment. How can I do this?
And I still have rounded corners in this dialogue, just in case I said.

This is most likely a full screen fragment added by the FragmentTransaction.add() method. With translucent background and custom view. I would do exactly that.
