How to make video in background correctly?

This site has motordox.borsch.studio in the background video (video), but it doesn't always play (press f5 and see). Why this happens, I no longer know what to do, and additionally added a picture to the background.

Apparently it only plays when fully loaded. When updating, it will reload until it is fully loaded. After that, the background-image is replaced by the background-video.
