How to make uppod work via sfwobject in IE9 and below?

The site uses uppod as a player. Insertion happens through swfoject. Everything would be fine, but in IE9 and below, instead of a player, a white rectangle. In this case, if the development mode is running (which is F12), then the player normally starts and loses.
What is it that changes the development mode in IE? How to make the player start without this sorcery?
PS If you insert the swf embed code into html directly, the player works fine, but then there is no access to the player's api, but this is important to me.

The problem is in swfobject most likely. The uppod API does not depend on the integration method, it can also work with html.
