How to make two inputs from one thunderbolt?

I want to buy Macbook air (no need to offer Pro :))

I need to connect an external monitor via Thunderbolt (display port) and Ethernet via Thunderbolt (the adapter is already available).

Googled, but did not find a similar adapter, like, for example, a USB hub with two USB ports at the output.

There are all sorts of Thunderbolt docks from Belkin and the like, but they do not suit me, and they are expensive!

Forced to disappoint you.
The docking stations you've found that cost $200 or more are the only standalone Thunderbolt splitter option.
In general, the Thunderbolt bus is designed to connect devices in series in a chain, like in the good old FireWire. Because Apple assumes (they always know best what is best for users, right?), That for such a case you should have a monitor that has not just one DisplayPort, but two Thunderbolts. You, respectively, connect one to a laptop, and turn on your Ethernet adapter in the second.
But since you don't have such a monitor, you'll either have to fork out for a docking station, or ditch the Ethernet adapter for Thunderbolt and replace it with an adapter for USB 3.0, on which you will most likely get your 600 Megabits of bandwidth, or maybe and a few more.

If the external monitor you have is an Apple Thunderbolt display, then the problem is solved by itself. Thunderbolt devices are connected in a chain, one after the other. Those. we connect the monitor to the input in the laptop, our ethernet is connected to the thunderbolt output of the monitor.
If the external monitor is some other, then I'm afraid you will have to look for another adapter for your ethernet.
