How to make TUI for Linux?

The program itself is implemented in Python. TUI can be done on something else if the option is worth it.
Googled about Curses and Urwid. It looks gemoroyno and information is not enough. I don’t want to dig in with my head, because the TUI itself will be small. I would like it sooner. Although maybe I misjudged Curses and Urwid... Judge...

Sometimes I do something for urvid, I haven’t found anything better yet. I make configuration editors for our systems. Basically install-configure the network, reset the configuration to default and a couple more parameters, such as entering a license.
But in general, we are slowly abandoning this, in the latest version we simply did the restoration of default settings on the bash, the rest through the web interface.
