How to make transitions to other ViewController in SWRevealViewController?

Hello! I am using SWRevealViewController for sidebar. I looked at the tutorials, they are outdated. I can't make transitions to other ViewControllers in any way.
Please direct me to the right path!

Where is the code itself? cellForRowAtIndexPath most likely returns nil
