How to make the wordpress console see that the Carbon Fields field has been edited?

On the site, you need to make repeating custom fields. The easiest way, of course, is in ACF Pro, but the pricing policy is not satisfied now. On the other hand, it seems to be there , but I don’t know if it can be used without consequences, the site is not for the smallest office and it is impossible to allow the site to stop working because of this in the future.

I decided to try Carbon Fields, while I understand, not everyone likes it.
But what doesn’t suit completely is that when changing the value of any Carbon Fields field and updating the page, an alert is not displayed with a request to reload the page when you change any content of a post or field in the same ACF.

I did not find how to make carbon fields with similar behavior.
