How to make the width of the right column calculated by the content and everything is pressed to the right?

Icons are supposed to the left of the text (pictures just don't load)
As you can see, the text in each even icon is not pressed to the right edge.
If you set flex-grow: 1, then even icons will be offset and aligned differently.
Is it possible to do this without changing the layout and without using columns?
There are no columns in the current layout, the icons go one after another.
