How to make the tunnel from the server to the client work?

Hello. Need advice on setting up an OpenVPN tunnel. There are two gateways and two networks - 192.168.1.0 (client) and 192.168.0.0 (server). The networks are connected to each other through an OpenVPN tunnel. At the same time, there is free access from the client network to the server network, you can walk on network balls, etc., but there is no such access in the opposite direction. In which direction do you need to dig so that the networks are visible in both directions?
I hope I explained clearly.
PS As a result, the tunnels are raised in both directions, there are routes, but the tunnel still works in one direction. Mystic.
I don’t even know what the matter is, in Iptables or in OpenVPN. In the comments I put the settings and conclusions

@MaxxDamage

The solution was found on another resource.
The client-config-dir / path to the directory with the config is written to the client config.
A file with the name of the client is placed in this directory, we write iroute 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 into the file. We restart the client and server, everything works

And no NAT on tunnel interfaces
