How to make the speakers work when you turn off the headphones?

The speakers are permanently connected to the rear audio jack, if necessary, I connected the headphones to the front jack, to work with the speakers I turned off the headphones and switched, through the tool from Realtek, from the front jack to the rear jack, and everything started working. But it's on Windows.
Yesterday I installed debian, tried to solve it through the standard multimedia settings, but nothing came of it. Maybe I do not understand the process of "switching the front connector to the rear".

@slden

alsamixer might be able to.
I managed to configure it through it so that the output was both for speakers and headphones.
