At developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/
there is a picture in the header developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/images/slide8.jpg

As far as I can see, there is the page code at the top, and somehow at the bottom separated tabs of CSS properties, metrics, etc.
I tried to find on the Internet how it was done, but I saw only the standard placement: page code on the left, tabs on the right.
How can I make such a DevTools setting as in the picture?
