How to make the program automatically start when a second monitor is connected?

I want to make XBMC (well, or any program) automatically start when a VGA monitor is connected to a laptop.
Notebook ASUS K46CM, Windows 8.1.
Intel graphics card and optional NVIDIA card, with NVIDIA Optimus technology.
