How to make the non-primary screen turn off completely after a reboot?

The problem is not critical at all, but I want to figure it out.
Laptop with two graphics cards, integrated AMD Vega and discrete Nvidia. Drivers are up to date. Win 10.
External monitor connected to laptop via HDMI, selected as primary (second screen only). It works through a discrete graphics card.
When you turn on / restart / resume the laptop, its screen turns on first. The desktop appears already on the external.
However, the laptop screen continues to work (there is no image, but the led backlight is on).
If you select it as the main one through Win + P and then again select the main external one, then the laptop screen turns off completely. What you want to achieve immediately after downloading, automatically.

Close the laptop lid or simulate this action with magnets in the right place. With the lid closed, the laptop will definitely not turn on its display.
