How to make the necessary sorting of products on filtered pages from the root. Bitrix?

There is a site https://site.ru/
The sections are sorted according to certain rules.
First, new items, then promotional goods, followed by goods marked "Cool" and then all the rest of the goods in Descending price and sorted by brand sorting index.
It all works though.
If you filter the product from the root of the catalog, then sorting does not work.
Specifically, I select goods by one brand.
And I need to save all sorting logic.
That is:
New items, Promotions, Cool products, other products in descending order of price.
How to implement?
