For some reason the menu is slipping. See picture
The red block highlighted the block that is float: right . Each section has a block element type .

После любых флоатов делайте распорки.
Либо создайте класс .clearfix {clear: both;}
Либо ставьте фикс через псевдоэлемент: ::after {content: ''; clear:both; display: table;} - это будет самый лучший вариант.
