You can install plugins for multilingualism. But at the moment it's redundant. We need options only for the main one, which looks like a landing-a.
A lot of text that needs to be translated is contained in the template. You just need to switch the language variable and either connect different templates, or transfer all the text to language files, which seems to me not very convenient.

Create several pages, create your own template for each page, make the url of the ru/en/jp pages, and so on. Insert links in the template (language switchers) that will simply open the pages you need.
