How to make the light in the apartment adjustable?

Good day, dear ones!
Tell me where to start and in order. I want to do in the apartment so that the light is regulated as follows:
1. in the absence of a person in the room, for example, 15 minutes, the light turns off (something like street spotlights, when you pass, the light comes on). Perhaps it is necessary to use a motion sensor, but it is desirable that it has the property of "embedding" (it was not noticeable);
2. in the presence of a person in the room, it was regulated (I am considering the option of embedding a dimmer);
3. control from a computer or phone when you are away from home, remotely (checking whether the light is turned off, if step 1 is not taken into account). Seen enough site smartthings.com
Thank you in advance for your advice!

1. Detecting the presence/absence of people in a room is not a trivial task. If you rely on motion sensors, then for one passage (teleporting people into the room) to account for incoming and outgoing, you need, for example, two motion sensors, and then it will fail badly.
The video version is also very confusing.
For street spotlights, plus == their minus: they go out after a specified time. You sit down to read a book and after n minutes the light goes out.
To implement presence control in a large room (more than a toilet), a whole range of measures is needed.
2. Ways are different. Very expensive and professional - some kind of KNX.
Cheaper - a ready-made module like www.ab-log.ru/smart-house/ethernet/megad-328 (4k somewhere)
Very cheap - (Funduino + ethernet module) / RPi + relay box (1k / 2k)
3. Automatic with 2 attached

Implementation - "Smart House" - is now quite inexpensive.
But you can collect everything separately, you can sort it out, for example, PI

If you seriously want to build a Smart Home, then look at the European KNX standard, which is already 26 years old and is supported by all European companies producing electrical installation products, so as not to be tied to one manufacturer or a closed standard.

  • You can study and do it yourself ( see here )
  • You can find a KNX smart home installer and buy a service ( see google )

Yes, it will be much easier and cheaper for you not to do it yourself, but simply to buy a ready-made solution. For example, smart lamps or fixtures that are controlled via wi-fi like those here .
