How to make the laptop wake up on opening the lid after suspend-then-hibernate?

I have KDE Neon 5.14 on my ASUS Zenbook UX331UAL 16Gb, kernel version 4.15.0-39-generic.
During the normal transition to suspend mode, when the lid is closed, the laptop wakes up after it is opened, everything is fine, but if you configure it to go into suspend-then-hibernate mode when the lid is closed, then after opening the lid, even if the laptop has not yet switched to hibernation mode, it won't wake up until I press the power button. Is it possible to somehow configure this so that if the laptop is still in suspend mode, it wakes up when the lid is opened?
PS The transition to the suspend-then-hibernate mode was configured with a crutch, in the suspend.service file I changed the call to suspend to suspend-then-hibernate) I did not find another way to do this in kde
