How to make the Brackets plugin work?

I work with Brackets plugin eqFTP. The problem is that the plugin does not work from the first launch of Brackets. I do the following. I start Brackets, I disable the plugin, it suggests restarting Brackets, I restart it. Then I close it again and run it with administrator rights. And if it starts immediately with administrator rights, then you need to do the same actions in order for the eqFTP plugin to work.

Windows 10.
All programs installed on drive P. On C, only the system.
