How to make the transition to editing css class the same as in Brackets by CTRL + E?

When you edit an html file in Brackets - put the cursor on the CSS class, press CTRL + E and then
load css in the window below in the place where this class is registered, you edit it and then close CTRL + E in the same way
- who used will understand what I mean.
from off site description:

Inline Editors
Instead of jumping between file tabs, Brackets lets you open a window into the code you care about most. Want to work on the CSS that applies to a specific ID? Put your mouse cursor on that ID, push Command / Ctrl+E and Brackets will show you all the CSS selectors with that ID in an inline window so you can work on your code side-by-side without any popups.

How to do the same thing in Atom or Sublime?
How is it called correctly?

@SKolt

When I just started to indulge in a briquette, I used this thing. But something didn't stick. Atom also has such an extension: quick-editor
Default keyboard shortcut: ctrl+shift+e
I don't know about sublime, I haven't used it since.
Atom has become more to my liking.
