There is a folder with files. Somewhere there in the rights there are accounts like S-1-5-21-403911155335-1222422233-1011446769-1432. What is it in principle, I understand. But is it possible to somehow get out the information to whom they once belonged?

If accounts in AD and tombstone records have not yet been deleted (180 days), then some of the information can be restored .

This is the SID of an account or group, but the entry itself has been removed from accounts.
