How to make that in the uploaded file, all the functionality worked?
In the Adobe Captivate program, interactive courses are created (if I understand them correctly, flash is used), they can be uploaded both in zip and in swf. In the first option, I unpack them on a server, and then the employees launch them, but part of the interactive does not work. Is there any option or player that can be made to make all the functionality work.

The problem is blocking Flash Player. In the case of .zip, Adobe Flash Player ActiveX is used. In Windows 10, it updates automatically and is blocked after January 12, 2021.
There are 3 solutions:
1. Install a custom player:
I recommend Adobe Flash Player mod time bomb to 2040 repack by lrepacks. It doesn't turn off.
2. Edit the mms.cfg file:
In the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\mms.cfg file, add lines that allow local Flash files.
3. Use a Chinese player:
In South Africa and China, there is nowhere without a flash, so he lives and develops there. At the current moment, version 34.0.0.118 has already been released, while Adobe has 32.0.0.465.
But it's better to export to .swf and use standalone debug protector flash player.
