How to make that any user could access the server on IO.js (local)?

The essence of the question is that I desperately want to test my server with a multi-user chat. VDS is not an option, because it is paid and for the sake of the site, on which there will be a maximum of 2 people, you don’t want to sit.

If you only test, and not permanently, then you can deploy it for free on Heroku, for example. Or in a sandbox like koding.com. There will be ugly addresses, low performance and cut uptime, but for free testing it will work fine.
