How to make template xml for zabbix from mib file?

Moxa, device, registered a local IP, let's say 192.168.1.191. MOXA MIB FILE . The site has their mib file, which can somehow be converted into a template template for zabbix and monitored via SNMP.
I tried to do it using mib2zabbix.pl.

1. проверил - $ ./mib2zabbix -h
*скачал mib файл и назвал его 16.mib
2. $ snmptranslate -Tz -m ./16.mib
*все хорошо, показала значения
3. $ snmptranslate -Tz -m ./16.mib | ./mib2zabbix -o .1.3.6.1.4.1 -f template-moxa-mib.xml -N moxamib-template

an xml file appeared, I uploaded it to zabbix, discovery found everything, items were filled in, but they weigh in Not Supported.
