How to make summary information on a table?

There is a simple income/expense table like "Date, Income, Expense, Description".
It is necessary on the same sheet to generate a plate with income / expense, but not by date, like the main one, but by the amount for each Description.
Can this be done somehow automatically? Or at least partially - generate headlines from unique descriptions, and I will put down the amounts myself.
For example, there is a table:

Дата,       Приход, Расход, Описание

01.01.01,   1000,   0,      Аванс
01.01.19,   0,      470,    Магазин

The result is a table:

generate titles from unique descriptions
You can use the UNIQUE function . Write =UNIQUE(A1:A100) - get a list of unique values ​​from the range of cells A1:A100
Then, based on this list, you can summarize income and expenses using the SUMIF function
