How to make such convenience in the editor?

For speed when laying out, I use gulp and browserSync.
In one video, I saw how a person right in the code editor (like Brackets) selected a css value and simply moved the cursor, and the value changed as if working in a browser.
I did not find anything, tell me how to make such a function in the editor. Maybe it's just a combination of hotkeys? Or some kind of plugin?

Install Brackets and then click on the lightning icon on the right, the feature is called Live Preview.
