I saw an interesting part of the layout and it became interesting, I don’t know how to google it.
How to make such things, buttons, dotted stripes? Is it possible to make this adaptive?

The order is simple:
1. SVG for dashes
2. DIVs: 1 center DIV and 6 description DIVs
3. Relative positioning of the 6 DIVs and 6 SVGs relative to the center
4. Media selectors to create responsiveness

Why make these stripes? For what?
Make them part of the picture, text on top, and that's it.
As an option, make a sandwich from 2 equal-sized pictures - a quadcopter and all the stripes.
This is the case when it makes no sense to be smart.
