I'm making a WordPress theme, everything is fine, but I got to this section and had questions.

How to do it? With the ACF plugin ? But if the admin wants to add more? it will be problematic to add it via ACF .. Should I make a new post-type for this ? Well, I don't know...
The same with the section with accordions . I don't really want to

add all this through ACF
. Maybe there is some more rational way? help me please..

There is a free Carbon Fields
Unlike ACF, adding additional fields there takes place in the code, and not in the admin interface (but, it seems, there is also a plugin for the visual one).
