How to make such a page in ModX?

Let's say there is a "teapot" page. On this page there is a photo of a teapot, a description, and below there are two columns, where registered users write "pluses" on the right, and "cons" on the left.
2 is the same, only the user writes "short text" and "full text", and when creating his description, we display a short one on the page, and create a separate page for the full description.
What to look for to implement such functionality in ModX
