How to make such a layout where the fonts do not fit the layout?

1. I don’t even know what the problem is, or something is wrong with my computer and Photoshop, or all the same, the addicted designer drew such a layout.
My problem is that the font in the layout and on the site is different + letter-spacing is not shown (more precisely, it is shown but always equal to 0) and in the layout it is clearly not zero.
Fonts pumped many times from different sources, even with Google the result is the same.
Maybe someone is familiar with this layout: (link to download the layout)
Or is it just me that has such a layout.

2. I also have such a question how to lay out the top menu, if the width of the content (centerer) is 1170px and the menu leaves this content. I did it without centering, but then it looks terrible on my screen, of course, I only have this layout and I don’t understand how it should look on small screens.

Make sure you have all the fonts you use except Montserrat installed.

The browser and Photoshop render fonts differently.
