How to make sublime IDE for lazy people?

Hello everyone,
I have been using pirated rubymine for the last two years and got used to it, very much. At the new job, pirated software is completely prohibited, but there is a license for sublime for the whole team and I am very motivated to transfer to it. Or rather, I have already moved to it for the second day, but I do not like it. The only huge plus over rubymine is speed, sublime is very pleasantly nimble. There are a bunch of plugins, but I don't like the process of interacting with them, all through `ctrl+shift+p`.
Perhaps experienced users of the sublime will tell me how to make it more gouish?

  1. I really miss the toolbar, that's to click on the "pull" button and that's it, he will spool everything from the turnip
  2. I want a good visualization was-became when viewing commits
  3. I would like to press ctrl+left_mouse on a function/class and go to the file to the function/class declaration line, even if the declaration happened somewhere in an external gem
  4. I want code completion - I typed "def", pressed enter and added "end" by itself

I want to repeat the comfort of rubymine as much as possible, I see that there are a lot of plugins and I don’t believe that there is nothing for me. I don’t know myself yet, it’s useless to ask the team, because. they're okay as it is. At the moment, I don’t see any special advantages from working with plugins via `ctrl + shift + p`, last month I worked through the terminal, the difference is not great, I also typed git commands by hand, called gitk and mergetool. I remembered "youth" :).

Go ahead and buy a license, because by paying 9 dollars (450 rubles) per month (30 cents per day), you will save up to 20% of your time and nerves.
