How to make stereo sound in macOS from a video capture card?

Good day!

I have macbook pro 13 2015 and ps4.

I decided to try myself as a streamer. I ordered a cheap video capture card from alik (+ -1500 rubles). USB 3.0, with support for displaying images on a monitor. Picture and fps - excellent! Sound is a problem!

For some reason, macOS, via usb cable, only accepts mono sound (1 channel). Decided to try through linux. I installed linux as a second system, rolled up obs, connected a video capture card - stereo.
Tried on other PCs - stereo.

I understand that macOS does not want to receive a stereo signal. I've been suffering for a week now. Can this be fixed somehow? M.b. what driver is there?
