How to make sharing buttons in social networks like on Livejournal?

I'm looking for a script that implements sharing buttons in social networks on the list of posts, like on Livejournal (or at least a detailed description of how to do it), i.e. so that:
1. opposite each post, social network buttons with sharing counters (reposts/likes) are displayed
2. counters are loaded as you scroll the page, and do not immediately send dozens of requests
3. the appearance of counters and buttons can be customized
4. supported by facebook, vkontakte and twitter. Twitter without a counter.

a great example of how such counters work on livejournal.com, but as I understand it, they use their own developments for this.
I also found the plugin https://sapegin.github.io/social-likes/ but it gives me completely left numbers.
