How does the instaplus.me platform work?
Every year Instagram cuts down the possibilities of its APIs for third-party applications, however, there are services like instaplus.me and the like that do things that go beyond the functionality of the API. I really want to understand how they do it. Maybe the answer is banal, and there is some kind of closed API to which they have access, or their project is some kind of mega-cunning crutches from grabbers, emulators for filling out ets forms. ets ... It's really very interesting how they did it!

Such services mimic actions in a browser. Please note that these services ask for an account password, and do not use another authorization method.
There is a ready-made library in python: https://instapy.org If you run it, you can see how a real browser starts and all actions take place in it.
And how are we to know? How they do it is known only to them, ask them.
What apis were and have remained, nothing has changed in recent years, open the insta site and look at the api calls
