How to make scrolling in the browser like on a touch kiosk / tablet?
I have Windows 7 with a touch screen connected to it.
How to make "normal" page scrolling when clicking on the screen in the browser?
Using the plug-in for Firefox does not give the desired result - after pressing, you need to hold your finger in the place of the touch for about a second, so that the screen starts scrolling by pressing (plugin feature)
I want more responsive touch control and scrolling by simply touching the page.
Can you recommend an alternative...

Most likely a limitation of the touch screen driver.
If the driver has settings - try to dig into them, maybe you just need to turn something on.
