How to make row background transparent in wpbakery page builder?

I add a new row in the page editor and I want to put a png image (semi-transparent) as a background, but there is a white background color that I can’t cancel. And if, as an option, try to make a different background color and set it to transparency, then the color changes, but there is no transparency.

The goal is for the row to have a transparent pattern and ride on top of another row with the main background.
In general, I did not understand how to achieve transparency.

In the "Background" block of the visual editor,
set the following value:
transparent
or
rgba(255,255,255,0)
Note that the first time you specify a background color in rgba, the editor replaces it with hex. Just re-insert the color into rgba. The 4th parameter is the alpha channel for transparency.
