How to make requests to Telegram API?

How to work with him, how to make requests? I write in php, c++ (I clarify, I don’t need to work with api bots)
Ps I went through many pages, including the telegram documentation, but did not find any examples of working with the API at all. Isn't anyone interested in this area? Or is it very difficult?
Pps I'm familiar with the VK API, everything is convenient there, I like it :)

Telegram has a simple HTTP API only for working with bots.
