How to receive a message from a user in PHP Telegram Bot Api?

I use this API https://github.com/TelegramBot/Api
I don't understand how to catch everything that the user writes in this API... help!

Start by reading the official documentation, not the package. You need to use the standard Webhooks
for such cases .
