How to make replication on ESXi?
There are clients, they now have ordinary windows servers, some under XEN, some under KVM. They have terminals, 1C, MSSQL, everything is as usual with small businesses. I would like to help this very small business and make some kind of fault tolerance, or rather, remove a machine on a hetzner, push ESXi there, transfer them to ESXi themselves and be able to quickly deploy a duplicate in case of failure.
At the moment, I was advised to take snapshots and copy them to a second ESXi host. Firstly, all this will be implemented by some scripts with crutches and without reporting, as I understand it; snapshot slices). Again, you can forget about any automatic switching, but it’s okay, let there be a tunnel from all virtual machines to the host via openvpn, and he will already destroy it. Only at the same time they cannot be launched, but it is not necessary.
I ask for advice on a more correct solution, or advice on how to copy snapshots more beautifully?

There are excellent replications in the sphere, but alas, only crutches for free.
