How to make puphpet run console commands?

Looking at the documentation and examples - everything seems simple: create a file in the puphpet/files/exec-once folder with the name xxx.sh, stuff something like sudo apt-get install mc. We do vagrant up. In fact, nothing is installed. CHADNT?
PS: I tried to do after that vagrant provision, the effect is zero.
