How to make pricing plans with WP subscription?

It is necessary to make tariff plans with the possibility of subscribing for a certain time: year, month, week, etc. Or with a simple purchase option. You can see examples in any template for WP or in the screenshot below. Is there any merchant for this? Or ready-made modules for WP? I know that this can be implemented using PayPal, but I would like to be able to pay by card and other electronic money.
