How to make position absolute and attach to the bottom of the site i.e. bottom 0 as in position fixed?

there is a site on it you need to place smoke if you go to it you will understand what
I put it on, I check the site’s performance, and there it closes different buttons in the smoke and you can’t click on them because it’s position fixed , but I need position absolute and to be bottom 0 how to do it
