How to make phpmyadmin history work?

According to the documentation, I created a phpmyadmin database, poured the create_tables.sql dump into it from the examples folder , then inserted into config.inc.php :

After logging into phpmyadmin, the messages below disappeared that "some additional phpmyadmin functions are not configured", that is, everything is buzzing.



I perform various actions with tables, records, delete for the test. And in the history, the pma_history table in the phpmyadmin database, only SELECTs are displayed, there are no DELETEs.

What's wrong?
