The task is this, there are two types of users: Companies and Employees. They are added by the admin himself, after he created the Company's account, she received a notification of successful registration with a login and password. The Company also has a personal account on the front, where they can change their data - soap, password, photo and a bunch of other fields. When changing the data, they should (preferably) come to the admin for confirmation, or at least just come to his soap so that he can see what has changed.

There are also Employees who are also manually added by the admin, they also have a bunch of their own fields, but there is not an office for anything else, and they cannot change anything.

And lastly, the admin can attach employees to the Company, and the Company in its account sees its attached employees with all their data (photo, soap, etc.)

It's not entirely clear what exactly you want to hear in the answer. If you are looking for a plugin, then you will not be able to find a 100% suitable solution, you can look towards wp-recall , it has many additions, including separation into user types, but most likely you still have to add something then on your own
. Plus, I would highly discourage you from using users to register companies and employees. It is much more practical to make them related post types, while the user can register on the site and add both from the admin panel without participating in the front
. I have a ski site that has ski and snowboard instructors. At first, these were also users, but this caused a lot of difficulties:

• user can't publish two instructors and if it's a ski school they can't add all their instructors at once
  
• they are harder to sort
  
• it is more difficult to separate information between front and back
  
• the user does not have to be an instructor, maybe he just registered to leave a comment or view his personal account
  

Now instructors is a custom post type, you can register, add as many instructors, ski schools as you want, publish articles, news and events in the poster
