How to make permanent sticky tabs?

I click to pin the tab, it is fixed normally. Even after restarting the browser it opens normally. But in some cases it disappears, for example, close the first open window, start working in a window that was opened later (without these tabs) after closing the browser, they disappear.
Is there a good solution for pinned tabs?

Я так несколько раз терял закладки.
Я их добавил в закладки и не так и сильно парюсь если они пропали
пс: у меня опера на платформе хромиума(то есть почти хром)
