How to make payments between users in the application?

Hello!
There is a need to make payments between users in a mobile application with our commission:
1. Payment from card to card - everything seems to be clear.
2. If one user wants to pay another by bank transfer, how will we withdraw our commission? How do you know if he paid or not? Such payments can be 10-15 thousand dollars a day, what will the tax authority say if all this is carried out through your current account? Or is it better to completely abandon this option? (Then it is possible to lose a good percentage of potential users)
3. Virtual account in the application? Again, it turns out that all money must go through our current account.
Please consider.

All money 100% spend through yourself.
But there are 2 pitfalls here:
1) How correctly Artem wrote - the question of the taxation scheme. There can be a lot of options for legal registration - from stupid income-expenses to the conclusion of agency-subagency agreements with the withdrawal of the main amount of transactions from the concept of income.
2) If you want to pay money to physicists - according to the laws of the Russian Federation, you must submit a declaration for them (possibly canceled) and pay 13% of income for them (just in force). In the forehead in the legal field of the Russian Federation, this issue is not resolved.
3) The use of a virtual account with the possibility of transferring funds between users entails the risk that it will be recognized as electronic money during verification. According to 161-FZ, the ED operator can be either a Bank or a Non-Bank Credit Organization (NCO) - the cost of opening is eight-figure, but you can agree with someone from the existing ones to provide technical processing - but by God, this is not what you most likely need

And what about IT?
As long as the account is virtual, this is IT, but this does not bother anyone.
Laws begin where there is a withdrawal of money to settlement accounts.
And for advice on how to do it right - to lawyers.
PS:
All such systems conduct money through ITSELF. That is, through their servers. That's where the commission comes in.
If your application has direct access to the user's accounts in Sberbank, for example, and charges them by itself, then this is theft.

The idea is cool, I have never seen anything like this in a mobile application that was implemented)

Do you want to make a service that allows you to make a transaction between two users?
This is electronic money. You become a de facto NPO with an obligation to license (as noted above, not very cheap and just as not easy).
The question of the taxation system is secondary, since you don’t really have many options.
But you can go the other way and embed the payment services of existing NCOs into your application.
