Hello!
How can I make payment via ApplePay and GooglePay without making an expo eject and not using the Stripe system?

You answered your own question. or you use third party libraries like https://github.com/dooboolab/react-native-iap using eject or as written in https://docs.expo.io/versions/latest/sdk/payments/expo-payments- stripes. I never liked expo because of the limitations associated with third-party libraries.
